Quality Director -Zhuhai
Report to: Site VP-Malaysian
l Surveys and evaluates future and current vendors.
l Prepares and implements QA Policies and Procedures.
l Reviews discrepancy reports and implements corrective actions.
l Reports progress to customers as required. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their business needs are met or exceeded.
l Conducts presentations to staff as required.
l Establishes QA objectives and creates plan of action.
l Cooperates with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals.
l Evaluates content of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management in formulating fiscal budget for product assurance program.
l Confers with engineering about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured.
l Reviews technical publications, articles and abstract to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.
l Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
l Complete other assignment.
-Minimum 15 years in a senior Quality Management Role within a multinational manufacturing company
-10 years in PCBA manufacturing, engineering and quality role
-Understanding of automotive, telecommunication, aerospace and industrial market quality requirements
-Six Sigma hands on experience (Black Belt preferred)
-Understanding of 8D and full root cause analysis process
-Ability to communicate quality goals, processes and metrics to management, customers and employees
-Knowledge of customer quality requirements and the ability to articulate these internally and externally
